400 Gms Bhindi & 100 Gms button onions
2 thinly cut green chilies & 6 thinly chopped shallots
4 thinly chopped garlic cloves.
100 Gms chopped spring onions
2 bay leaves & 50 Gms fresh basil leaves
100 gm dried coconut milk powder
3 cm fresh ginger & 3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice & 1/2 tsp lemon zest
Salt to taste & 100 ml water
Method of Preparation :
Method fry the Bhindi but don’t keep in oil for too long . set aside. Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan , add bay leaves and sauté shallots, garlic , green chillies, spring onions, basil leaves until golden. Then add the ginger and water. When the water is boiling add the Bhindi, button onions , coconut milk powder and the remaining ingredients. Continue to cook until its done.
