Phaldharee Punjabi Dahi Bhalle

6 Raw bananas                                                   
10 gm Ginger and green chili, chopped
2 gm cumin
50 gms coconut tit bits
50 gms slivered pistachio
25  gms sugar candy / mishry
1 gm asafoetida
5 gm anardaana powder  powder
Salt to taste

For the curd mix
Curd: 500 gms
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
black salt: 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder: 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder 1: tsp
Tamarind Chutney: 1 cup
Coriander Leaves: (finely chopped) a few

* Boil and peel raw bananas and mash them.
* Add rest of the ingredients and make balls and deep fry.
* Put it in a serving plate. Beat the curd along with sugar and pour over the vadas. Also pour the tamarind chutney and sprinkle all the masala to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander.
* Adjust the seasoning.
