TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Offer is applicable on a minimum two nights stay. The offer is subject to availability.
• A two nights stay deposit guarantee needs to be made at time of booking. The booking is on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
• Additional Taxes and Govt. Levies are applicable. Please be advised that certain states levy tax on Rack Rates or Published Tariff.
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit / debit card. By virtue of confirmation on this non-refundable rate, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge for the entire length of stay on his / her credit / debit card at the time of booking. In case the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, a minimum of two nights cancellation charge will settled against the deposit.
• The booking can be amended for a future date and in such case no charges would be levied. A maximum of two amendments are allowed, and the same needs to be done 48 hrs prior to arrival.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate or negotiated rate.
• Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rates.
• Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies.
