• Offer is applicable on a minimum of three nights stay. The offer is subject to availability.
• The booking is on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted but the booking may be amended for future dates.
• Additional Taxes and Govt. Levies are applicable. Please be advised that certain states levy tax on Rack Rates or Published Tariff.
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. By virtue of confirmation on this non-refundable rate, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge for the entire stay on his / her credit / debit card at the time of booking.
• The booking can be amended for a future date and in such case no charges would be levied. A maximum of two amendments are allowed, the same needs to be done 48 hrs prior to arrival.

• Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rates.
