  1. PRIDE PRIVILEGE PROGRAMME

    A hotel loyalty programme offered by Pride Hotels Ltd., it rewards guests staying at participating hotels. When you enrol for the programme, you are eligible to collect reward points on eligible stays at participating hotels and redeem the collected points for hotel stays, dining benefits and other rewards. In addition, Pride Hotels may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, involve third parties as ‘Programme Partners’. These ‘Programme Partners’ and the basis on which they are participating, will be displayed on www.pridehotel.com, and may require compliance with additional terms and conditions. All Pride Privilege benefits and services may vary by hotel and are subject to availability, as well as change without notice.

    2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME

    Participation in the programme is subject to these terms and conditions and the Pride Hotels privacy policy, (incorporated herein) collectively known as the ‘Programme Rules’ that Pride Hotels may adopt from time to time at its discretion.

     By participating in the programme, you expressly agree to be bound by the Programme Rules as they are amended from time to time. You also agree to review the Programme Rules regularly so that you can make informed decisions about your participation, as well as the personal information you choose to share with us.

     To enrol in the programme, you must have a mobile number, a valid email id and be an individual who is of at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the place where you live, whichever is older. This programme is available at participating qualifying hotels.

     You may only enrol in the programme for yourself and may not collect or redeem points for anyone other than yourself. If we accept your application for enrolment in the programme, we will establish an account in your name and provide you with your new membership credentials. If you enrol online or through the member service centre, you will receive your Pride Privilege number after your first eligible hotel stay. Individual memberships in Pride Privilege are for personal use only and an individual may have no more than one membership account and cannot earn points on multiple accounts. Businesses, associations and any other non-personal entities are not eligible to participate in the programme except as permitted through Pride Privilege for business programmes. Membership to this programme is not open to employees of the Pride Hotel Group and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates except for specially designated employee incentive programmes.

     We reserve the right at any time to limit programme enrolment. We may refuse at any time at our sole discretion, without any liability to you, to enrol you, modify or terminate your membership, or void or cancel your entire point balance if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion at our sole discretion that (i) there has been a violation of these Programme Rules and/or the misuse of the programme; (ii) any account activity is attempted or points are issued, received, or redeemed through fraud, dishonesty, theft, other illegal means, or otherwise except as expressly authorised in the Programme Rules; or (iii) an individual has attempted to obtain or maintain more than one account; in addition, your account may be closed if no points are earned or redeemed during a 24 month period. All points in the account at the time of termination, for any reason, will be forfeited. These rights are in addition to any other remedy which may be available to us under applicable law.

     We also reserve the right to reverse, without notice, any errors made in the posting or redemption of points or in the display of point balances.

     You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All unredeemed points at the time of termination will be forfeited upon account deactivation.

    3. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

    You must comply at all times with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to you. You agree to comply with all the Programme Rules and with the terms governing any Programme Partner’s offers and promotions at all times. You agree that your participation in the programme is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your programme account and you agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using your account. The receipt or redemption of points, or other rewards maybe subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, with respect to the receipt or use of points, miles, or other rewards is solely your responsibility. You agree to check with your tax advisor regarding possible tax implications. You agree that if you object to any of the Programme Rules, or any modifications thereof, or otherwise become dissatisfied with the programme, your only recourse is to discontinue participation in the programme and terminate your membership.

     You agree to provide accurate information to us at all times and to promptly notify us of any change in address – mail, e-mail or mobile number by updating personal information at www.pridehotel.com.

    4. EARNING POINTS

    You must identify yourself as a programme member and present your membership number at the time of reservation or check-in in order to earn points on qualifying stays. Programme members may collect points for stays at participating hotels and will be awarded for eligible, paid room rates as follows: Points will be added when purchases are made at the hotels mentioned below: • Pride Plaza Hotel Ahmedabad • Pride Hotel Bangalore • Pride Hotel Chennai • Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata • Pride Hotel Nagpur • Pride Hotel Pune • Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi and all other owned hotels added from time to time

     Points are considered earned on eligible room rates once the stay has been completed, fully paid and added to the member’s account. An ‘Eligible Rate’ is defined as any hotel room rate published by the Pride Group of Hotels. A portion of an eligible rate may reflect taxes, service charges, gratuities, and third-party charges for certain included items, and those costs may not be eligible for points. Points will not be available for redemption before the stay has been completed, the full bill has been paid and the points have been added to the member’s account.

     • You can use your points to book a complimentary standard room at our hotels across India.  • You can also book a standard room using a combination of your points and can pay the balance if any, by cash or card, so that you can avail your rewards faster.

     In addition to earning points on eligible room rates, you may be able to earn points for additional qualified spends at select hotels or through other programme offers.

     If a hotel leaves the Pride Group of Hotels system or ceases to be a participating hotel after you make a reservation but before your stay, you will not earn points for that stay and any special offers will no longer be valid after the date on which the hotel leaves the system or terminates participation, even if your reservation was made prior to that date.

     Only one person per stay may receive points and the same will be credited to the individual whose name appears on the reservation. You may earn points on up to three rooms booked under the same reservation, but credit for multiple rooms must be requested at or before the time of check-in. Points can only be earned in one programme, and by providing a Pride Privilege number at check-in, you are selecting to earn points in the programme for the stay.

     Ineligible Room Rates and other exclusions include: Ineligible room rates are all rates other than eligible rates and include employee rates, family and friend rates, airline crew rates, travel agent rates, hotel employee rates, room rates that are billed on a master bill, tour operator rates, wholesaler rates, or rates booked through online travel companies or any travel agents or other third parties as well as rooms booked through any other third parties online that require pre-payment, contracted rooms rate (a ‘contracted room’ is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel or resort and a corporation, government agency, or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time) or long stays rate unless the room is priced at Rs. 3,500 or higher. Rooms booked for MICE deals, room booked with full dining plans, complimentary rooms, including but not limited to rooms booked as ‘Award Night’ stays, rooms on barter or stays involving other gift certificates or free night vouchers are also excluded.

     For all stay related promotions and any references in Programme Rules, a hotel stay refers to all consecutive nights spent at a participating qualifying hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs that occur during that stay at a rate eligible to earn points.

     Those who have booked through online travel portals, companies or other travel agents can become a loyalty member but won’t be eligible to earn points on that stay. For upcoming stays, if he/she books directly with Pride Hotels – through the phone or website, then he/she will be eligible to earn reward points.

    HOW TO EARN POINTS?

    SILVER MEMBERSHIP On every spend of Rs.100, you will earn 15 points.

    GOLD MEMBERSHIP On every spend of Rs. 100, you will earn 20 points.

    PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP On every spend of Rs. 100, you will earn 25 points. • You can earn points when you stay at any of the Pride Hotels at Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi and other owned hotels added as specified from time to time. • Points you earn will be based on the type of room you book. • All F&B spends during your stay • All spends on the spa and wellness centre • All spends on laundry, minibar, internet etc.

     Points will get updated within a maximum of 48 hours of the transaction, provided the mobile number is quoted at the reception of the hotel. Any discrepancy in points updation should be brought forward within 7 days of the transaction. Management will not be responsible for points updation beyond that. We will attempt to credit your account with points on a timely basis. However, you are responsible for making sure that any points are properly credited. Any claim for points not credited accurately must be received by us within six months of the date of claimed accrual of such points along with supporting documentation. The points will be valid for 1 year (12 months) from the time it gets added to your account.

    5. REDEEMING POINTS

    Points may be redeemed only for rewards offered through the programme. Points can be redeemed for rewards earned on stay, dining, spa, or any other services in hotel. Redemption may also be carried out for future stays at Pride Hotels in Jaipur, Goa, Dharamshala, Puri, Indore and Vadodara.

     (a) Members may redeem points for eligible charges at participating Pride Hotels and Resorts or participating restaurants and spas part of the Pride Group of Hotels. (d) The member must inform the Pride Group of Hotels staff at the applicable outlet of his or her intention to redeem the points for the services at the outset of the meal, spa service, or any other applicable transaction. The member may be required to provide his/her programme membership number and valid identification when redeeming points on these services. (c) When a member redeems points on stay, dining, spa or more, the corresponding number of points for that service will be automatically deducted from the member’s account. A member may redeem points for a service that is applied to part of a larger charge; however, that member is financially responsible for any portion of charges exceeding the service value. If a member does not have sufficient number of points in his or her account for the service amount(s) he/she has attempted to redeem, then the member would be required to pay the balance amount by cash or card.

     Stays at hotels through redeemed points are subject to availability with applicable terms and restrictions, including blackout dates. The stays must be reserved in advance. Stays are subject to the cancellation policies of the participating hotels. Call or check online for availability.

     If a hotel leaves the Pride Group of Hotels network or ceases to be a participating hotel after you make a reservation for an award stay, but before your actual stay date, Pride Hotels will use reasonable effort to have the hotel honour the award stay reservation, but Pride Group of Hotels cannot and does not guarantee that any award stays at such hotels will be honoured. In addition, at the discretion of Pride Hotels, award nights may no longer be available for reservation at a hotel once it is determined that such a hotel will be leaving the Pride Group of Hotels network or otherwise will cease to be a participating hotel regardless of the length of time before such hotel actually leaves the system.

     All rewards are subject to change from time to time without notice at the discretion of Pride Hotels.

     Except as expressly set forth in the Programme Rules, points may never be sold, exchanged, bartered, transferred, or given without our written consent. The membership is non-transferable and is the property of Pride Group of Hotels, to whom it must be returned upon request. The only right you acquire in the points is to surrender them for redemption.

    6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

    By participating in this programme, you agree that neither we (Pride Group of Hotels), our affiliates and our partners nor any of our or their respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, ‘losses and damages’), directly or indirectly arising out of or related to:  (I) The Programme Rules  (II) The Pride Privilege Programme or our website www.pridehotel.com  (III) Any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the programme  (IV) Any unauthorised use of your membership, any breach of security beyond our reasonable control  (V) Any offer, representation, statement or claim about the programme, any partner or supplier or their products or services, made by a  partner, supplier or any other person or entity  (VI) Any printing, production, or other errors in any medium related to the programme  (VII) Any delay or failure to credit points to your account; any failure to provide programme communication (VIII) The purchase, redemption for or use of any goods or services of partners or suppliers whether made available by us, any of our  affiliates, partners, suppliers or otherwise. Partners are not responsible for the programme. The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if we or our affiliates or  their representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to  the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

     In no event shall the Pride Group of Hotels, its affiliates and any partners or participating hotels’ maximum combined aggregate liability hereunder for any cause whatsoever in any calendar year arising out of or in connection with any of the matters described above exceed Rs. 1,500/- (one thousand five hundred rupees).

    8. NO WARRANTY

    The Pride Privilege Programme, the points and the www.pridehotel.com website are provided ‘as-is’, without warranty or representation of any kind. We and our affiliates hereby disclaim all warranties and representations of any kind whatsoever, whether written or oral, expressed, implied, statutory, or arising by operation of law, course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with respect to the programme and the website.

    9. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS OR TERMINATION

    The Pride Group of Hotels reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice and without any further liability or obligation, to suspend or change the programme, in whole or in part; to modify the Programme Rules, in whole or in part; to modify, limit, or suspend any programme offers; to modify, limit or suspend the use or redemption of points in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of points required for particular rewards; to modify, limit or suspend the accrual of points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values; or to assign in whole or in part the programme to any related or unrelated entity. Upon assignment, the performance of the obligations herein will thereafter be the responsibility of that entity. In addition, the Pride Group of Hotels reserves the right, at its sole discretion to terminate the programme upon six months prior notice to all active members, or, in the case of termination where the programme is replaced by a similar programme, immediately upon notice to all active members. In the event of such termination of the programme, all points not redeemed by the termination date of the programme will be forfeited to the Pride Group of Hotels without compensation or any further obligation or liability, and no reward claims will be honoured thereafter.

     You should not rely upon the continued availability of the programme, or any earning, redemption, or other offers made in connection with the programme. All offers are available while supplies last, subject to any applicable cancellation policies, and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice.

    10. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION

    Your enrolment application and point earning, and redemption claims under the programme or in connection therewith are subject to our verification and acceptance. Any claim or dispute arising or relating thereto or otherwise involving the programme or the Programme Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra. All interpretations of these programme rules shall be at the sole discretion of the Pride Group of Hotels.

    11. GENERAL

    Our failure to comply with the Programme Rules because of an act of god, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of federal, state or local governmental authorities or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control will not be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions.

     The Programme Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in the programme, your entitlement to earn and redeem points through the programme, and your entitlement to any other benefits of the programme.
