With a presence across metros, tier-2, and leisure destinations, Pride Hotels is now synonymous with Indian warmth, global service standards, and exceptional guest experiences.

A former President of the Hotel & Restaurant Association and Vice President of FHRAI, Mr. Jain has played a key role in shaping the Indian hospitality industry. Beyond business, he is a passionate philanthropist, supporting schools, hostels, and educational initiatives for the underprivileged.

Mr. Satyen Jain, Chief Executive Officer of Pride Hotels Group, is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. A recipient of the Young Hotel Entrepreneur of the Year Award (FHRAI, 2007), he brings a dynamic blend of knowledge, creativity, and entrepreneurial vision to the group.

Under his leadership, Pride Hotels continues to expand its footprint as one of India’s most trusted homegrown hospitality brands, offering luxury hotels, upscale city stays, and resorts across the country. His expertise in hospitality management, strategy, and organization building has contributed significantly to the group’s sustained growth.

Beyond his role as CEO, Mr. Jain is admired as a mentor and advisor to young professionals, fostering talent with a focus on ethics, trust, and passion for excellence. Mr. Atul Upadhyay, Executive Director of Pride Hotels Group, is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of leadership experience. He brings deep expertise in hotel operations, policy and strategy development, owner and guest relations, training, human resources, and customer service. A visionary planner and strategist, he has been instrumental in driving the operations and expansion of Pride Hotels across India.

An alumnus of Cornell University, USA, Mr. Upadhyay also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Jiwaji University and an MBA from Symbiosis International University. His contribution spans both pre-opening projects and established operations, giving Pride Hotels a strong competitive edge in India’s dynamic hospitality industry.
