Our operating portfolio comprises 2,723 keys across 34 operational hotels and resorts in 32 cities across India. Our Portfolio includes seven 7 owned and 27 managed hotels and resorts.
Since 1988, our Company has transitioned from a single-location operator to a nationally recognized brand with a presence in 15 states across India. . Our Company commenced its operations in 1987 with the opening of our first hotel owned in Pune. In 2008, our Company diversified its growth strategy by entering into hotel management agreements, commencing with the Pride Amber Vilas Resort & Convention Centre, thereby marking its foray into an asset-light expansion model.
We operate our Portfolio under the following four sub-brands
“Pride Plaza” Positioned in the upscale hotel segment, the brand focuses on offering services and amenities consistent with upscale hospitality standards, with emphasis on design, personalized service and guest experience. The brand blends modern style with elements of India’s cultural heritage. Pride Plaza hotels and resorts are strategically located in cities such as Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Kolkata, and are designed to cater to business travel, leisure stays, and social and corporate events.
“Pride Premier” This brand is positioned in the upper midscale segment & and offers hospitality services with emphasis on accessibility, convenience and personalized service. The brand is targeted towards business and leisure guests, with a higher concentration of guests from the hotel’s immediate region. Pride Premier hotels and resorts are located in key cities and regional hubs, including Nagpur, Pune, Bhopal, Indore, Bengaluru, Chennai, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Dehradun and Mussoorie, and are designed to provide a balance of quality, value and modern amenities.
“Pride Elite” Positioned in the midscale segment. Pride Elite intends to cater to tourists and social groups seeking leisure-oriented stays in scenic and culturally significant locations. With a focus on both convenience and authenticity, it’s an ideal choice for travelers who want to connect with their surroundings while enjoying a comfortable stay. The brand is designed to appeal to tourists, families, and other social groups, particularly for weekend or holiday travel. The brand has a presence in cities such as Haridwar, Phaltan, Dwarka and Daman.
“Biznotel by Pride” The brand is positioned in the midscale segment with primary focus on business travelers and transit guests requiring short-duration stays. Catering to mid-level professionals and entrepreneurs, particularly from nearby cities and towns. Biznotel by Pride provides value-driven hospitality while providing essential services for business-oriented travel with a presence in locations including Surat, Motera, Bharuch, Vadodara and Deoghar.
