Sureshchand Premchand Jain, our Promoter, and Managing Director, has more than four decades of experience in the hospitality industry. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a former President of the Hotel & Restaurant Association and former Vice President of the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India. Sureshchand Premchand Jain’s experience in the Indian hospitality industry, particularly in acquiring, integrating and managing hotels, has been instrumental in the growth of our Company to-date.
Satyen Suresh Jain
Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer
Satyen Suresh Jain, is our Promoter, Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. With an experience of over 20 years Mr. Jain is a qualified chartered accountant and holds bachelor of commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management (family managed business) from S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. He has been a driving force behind our Company’s growth, including the introduction of asset - light model in our Company. His contributions to the hospitality industry have earned him a fellowship from IIHM.

Atul Upadhyay
Whole-time Director
Atul Upadhyay a seasoned hospitality professional & Whole-time Director on our Board. He has been associated with our Company since August 27, 2009. A post graduate diploma in business administration (specialization in marketing) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning he brings deep expertise in hotel operations, policy and strategy development, owner and guest relations, training, human resources, and customer service. A visionary planner and strategist, he has been instrumental in driving the operations and expansion of Pride Hotels across India.An alumni of Cornell University, USA, he is responsible for overseeing all the operations across all properties, operational efficiency, and performance management in our Company.
Mr. Veer Vijay Singh
Independent Director, Pride Hotels Ltd.
Mr. Veer Vijay Singh is a stalwart of the hospitality industry with over 40 years of experience in hotel operations, development, and brand building. He began his career with the Taj Group of Hotels in the mid-1970s and rose through the ranks to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Vivanta by Taj, where he successfully launched and expanded the brand into an independent division with over 40 hotels across 7 countries. Under his leadership, Vivanta was recognised as the Third Best Hotel Brand in the World by Condé Nast Traveller USA (2013), while revenues grew from ?600 crores to over ?1,800 crores during his tenure. Mr. Singh has overseen the development of 17 greenfield properties, led award-winning luxury and business hotels, and played a pivotal role in creating iconic F&B concepts such as the Orient Express and Tea House of the August Moon. His leadership has been honoured with the PATWA Hall of Fame Award (2013) and the Hotelier India Hall of Fame Award (2014).
An active contributor to the industry, Mr. Singh has held leadership roles in HAI, FHRAI, HRAWI, and served as President of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Andhra Pradesh. He has also served on the Boards of TAL Lanka Hotels PLC, United Hotels Ltd., Inditravel Ltd., and Taj Trade & Transport Ltd.
Post-retirement, Mr. Singh continues to nurture his passion for hospitality through his ventures Trance International Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and VVS Hospitality Consultants.

Ms. Sucheta Shah
Independent Director, Pride Hotels Ltd.
Ms. Sucheta Shah is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in wealth management and financial services. She is the Promoter Director of Atlas Integrated Finance Ltd. and Founder of MSME Direct, supporting small and medium enterprises. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Tata Realty Ltd., Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd., Pride Hotels Ltd., The Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd., Landmark Cars Ltd., and Infopark Properties Ltd. She has also served on the Boards of Jayant Agro Organics Ltd. and Ishedu Agrochem Pvt. Ltd. Passionate about women empowerment, she was Chairperson of FICCI FLO Mumbai (2011–12), where she launched SWAYAM, a national women entrepreneurs’ initiative, and Chairperson of FICCI MSME Maharashtra (2018–2020). She co-founded the Grameen Initiative for Women (2008–2019) for women’s upliftment. Ms. Shah holds a Master’s in Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management and a B.Com from Sydenham College.
Mr. Jayesh Dadia
Independent Director, Pride Hotels Ltd.
Mr. Jayesh Dadia is a practising Chartered Accountant and very active in the profession for over 40 years. He started his practice in 1982 as a Partner in M/s. J.K. Khanna & Company, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai till 2001 and thereafter served as a Founder and Managing Partner of a firm named Jayesh Dadia & Associates LLP providing services in audit, assurance, and taxation. He has extensive knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, Audit and Accounting Standards. He is specialised in income tax matters and handles income tax litigations before the appellate authorities. He is also specialised in corporate restructuring matters. Mr. Jayesh Dadia is also engaged in social services and is an advisor to various charitable trusts and foundations. He also writes a tax column in Dalal Street Investment Journal regularly.
