Policies
Child Policy:
- Infants (0 - 6 years): Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Children (6 - 12 years): Charged at a discounted rate, typically Rs. 1,000+ taxes per child.
- Teens (13 years and above): Considered adults and charged the full rate for accommodation and meals.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Tax Information:
- Up to Rs. 7,500: 5% GST (without ITC)
- Above Rs. 7,501: 18% GST (with ITC)
General Hotel Policies
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- ID Requirement: Valid government photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License) mandatory for all guests.
- Other Policies: The hotel may enforce restrictions such as "no unmarried couples" in certain room categories.
- GST: Applied at 5% - 18% depending on room tariff.
